Join us for our Second Annual Play in Nature Event at the site of the future Maplewood Nature Center on Saturday, July 9th from 11:00-2:00 p.m.!
The nature center, which is currently in the development phase, will be located in Lower Maplewood Park at 107 Bridgeview Drive. Genesee River Alliance and Teens for the Earth, projects of Genesee Land Trust, will have a table at the event.
This FREE family friendly event will inform community members about different ways to access nature and opportunities for nature engagement in Rochester with vendors from nature-based organizations across the city, nature crafts and games, guided walks for children and families, food, giveaways and more!
There is plenty of parking available in the lot at 107 Bridgeview Drive and along the surrounding residential streets.
