Native Plant Sale 2005
This Year’s Native Plant Sale Held
Under Blue Skies
Over thirty volunteers, fourteen nurseries and several individual
donors contributed to The Native Plant Sale which took place May
21st at the Brighton Town Hall. This team effort brought in revenue,
new memberships, and Habitat Tour ticket sales! Thanks to: Amanda’s
Garden, White Oak Nursery, Sunrise Aquatics, Chase’s Greenhouse
and Florist, Ted Collin’s, Jane’s Herb Farm, Green Acres,
Buttonwood Farm, DeVisser’s, Van Putte’s, Harris Garden
Center, Wayside Garden Center, Blue Herron Greenhouse, Sarah’s
Farm Market. Thanks also to individuals who donated plants: Carol
Southby, Lee Caine, Chris Young, and Cherie Harder.
GLT thanks the Town of Brighton, Sandy Frankel and Steve Dodd, for
the use of town grounds; Lumiere Photos for the tables and Peter
Henry, for the canopies.
