Purchase of Land

The majority of Genesee Land Trust’s land protection projects are focused on donated land and conservation easements. In order for Genesee Land Trust to purchase land out-right, large efforts in public and private fundraising are required. If a property has exceptional conservation value, and there is significant public support, Genesee Land Trust may consider such a purchase.
