Genesee Land Trust is returning to Costa Rica! A few years ago a group of our members and friends ventured with Nature Discoveries on an exciting and memorable Costa Rican expedition, and now we’re returning next April. Don’t miss this trip – you’ll see showy birds like trogons and toucans, monkeys, butterflies, interesting plants, and lots more. We’ll even see familiar warblers and other birds as they are migrating north, en route to Genesee Land Trust preserves like Island Cottage Woods!
Steven Daniel from Nature Discoveries and Monroe Community College, expert naturalist, and Genesee Land Trust volunteer will lead this trip. He has led over 25 groups to Costa Rica over the past three decades and spent a sabbatical there doing botany research. An expert Costa Rican guide will also accompany us. This trip is at the end of the dry season - a perfect time to go. Join us on this adventure of a lifetime!
For more information or to register, please contact Steven Daniel at firstname.lastname@example.org. Proceeds from this trip support Genesee Land Trust’s local conservation efforts.
