Farm to Table Dinner Annual Fundraiser

  • 7272 West Henrietta Road Rush, NY, 14543 United States (map)

Join us for our 2023 Farm to Table fundraising dinner from 5 to 8 PM on Sunday, October 8, 2023. This year we’ve moved to Rush, NY in a beautiful historic barn that’s close to many farms and private properties protected by Genesee Land Trust.

Proceeds from this event will directly contribute to helping Genesee Land Trust make a positive impact on our community and support local farmers.

Enjoy a beer and wine reception followed by a delicious fall meal featuring local food from our very own farmer friends while you connect with other people like you that care about land conservation. The new venue has a big deck with gorgeous views of surrounding fields and multiple ADA bathrooms.

This year’s event will include special messages from Bill and Dan Chase about gathering neighbors to save farmland in the heart of Rush, and Bill and Audrey Steimer about the value of protecting our world-class soils. You’ll also hear from our new Executive Director, Lorna Wright, about the exciting projects we have in development.

The menu, prepared by chef Philomina Emeku-Iheukwu, will feature locally sourced ingredients and flavors of the season from local farms and gluten-free vegan desserts from Taste of Supreme Bakery & Cafe.

The seasonal dinner menu, prepared by chef Philomena Emeku-Iheukwu, includes appetizers, a hearty stew of mixed beans and vegetables, oven-baked organic pork sausages from Stonecrop Farm, herby shredded chicken, roasted fresh vegetables, citrusy salad with greens and fruit. Gluten-free and vegan items will be available. You’ll also enjoy gluten-free vegan desserts from Taste of Supreme Bakery & Cafe.
